September 25, 2023—Shorecrest Lana Del Ray fans were blessed with her presence at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre in Tampa. Her appearance in Tampa is part of Rey’s recent tour, prompted by the release of her album, “Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd.”

     The key to this concert was connectivity. Rey connects fans through melodious tunes and her signature style. Fans knew what to expect, and Rey delivered. Freshman Sophia Thomas said, “I loved the bows in her hair first off, her whole outfit was amazing like every single concert outfit she has is so cute.”

     Since fans knew what to expect, clothes-wise, many dressed similar. Freshman Bobbie Strus said,  “I wore a white dress, everyone else wore white dresses and cowboy boots or a shirt and a skirt.”

     The other key component to the connectivity is the fan’s collective familiarity with the music. Freshman Mika Spalding said, “The performance was very pretty because everyone in the audience was singing along.”

     Rey fostered an incredible environment where excitement and adoration led to harmony and friendship.
